Dear Friends, With Autumn underway, it is time to think about skiing. The 2026 junior weeks are Half Term, Saturday 14 to Saturday 21 February and Easter, Saturday 28 March to Saturday 4 April, with an early Easter Sunday on 5 April and the Alpbach lifts closing on Sunday the 12 th. 2026 Pricing. As a not-for-profit organisation we aim to break even each year but costs are increasing across the board and we have had to raise our 2026 price to €330 with the sibling discount continuing where applicable at €300. This is our first increase in two years, and with lunch included, continues to offer very good value. Registration Forms. 2026 half term registration form. 2026 Easter registration form. Because it will be exceptionally busy we must book our instructors well before the week starts and your early return of completed registration forms will help enormously to avoid a last minute scramble. As always, payment may be left until later but early return of forms is essential for our season planning. With this change, we took the opportunity to return to the previous two category format of Family and Individual only Family Membership is now £30 / €35 and includes U/18 sons and daughters Individual Membership is for 18 and over and remains at £15 / €20

After 7 seven years and with children no longer participating in the AVSC Junior Training weeks, Paul seeks to hand the reins over to a new treasurer. The job is not complicated and we are not required to produce audited accounts. Paul has set-up a simple spreadsheet accounting system which serves the Club well. Our accounts are published in the Newsletter, posted on the website and then approved by members at our AGM each year. If anyone can help, please get in touch Modernisation of our Administration. We have not yet been able to source a system to simplify our administration which must deal in both Sterling and Euros, we will continue with our research and keep members informed of progress.
